WHAT IS THE CROSSFIT TEENS PROGRAMMING?
Our adult CrossFit sessions are perfect for young athletes ages 13+.
During our regular classes, our coaches take special care for teen athlete’s specific needs that will them to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In a group setting, teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. The workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements that deliver a fitness that is both broad and inclusive yet scalable for any participant at any level.
At EOB CrossFit Teens, we also focus on building social skills, teach them the importance of community and provide a location where they can build strong bonds with peers. Proper and safe movements are taught to beginners so they have a strong foundation for lifelong advancement.
HOW YOUR TEEN CAN PARTICIPATE:
- With proper onboarding and assessment, any teen may join our regular classes that are offered 6 days a week.
